Frustrating packet loss issue

Issue started about two months ago. It mainly affects gaming and video chat. Ive gone through all the troubleshooting steps and ive even had a technician come out to my house and replace the wiring. Ive received a new router, added storm ready wifi, increased bandwidth, tried port forwarding, ive played with mtu settings...tried only using a small amount of devices connected to my network...nothing ive tried has fixed this issue. 

I know its a network issue because when i unplug my modem and connect to the storm ready wifi which is 5g, i dont get the packet loss and lag spikes. The latency [Edit: Language], but the packet loss doesnt happen. 

I need help, please.
