Frequent Tucson internet and TV outages

I am posting this to solicit other’s experience with frequent internet and tv outages in Tucson. I am usually alerted to the outages by a message on the TV that states xfinity can not connect to the internet. Then I check my Mac and sure enough, it’s off line too. 

Here a log of mine and when I check the outage map on the Xfinity site, it confirms the down time and provides an estimated repair time. I actually downloaded a network monitoring app and am now sampling the status 24/7. I would be interested to hear fro others experiencing the same problem.
