Frequent outtages.
I've now had Comcast (Xfinity) in 2 locations and I'm actually not sure why I ordered them for the second location after so much trouble at the first. The outtages are frequent, long lasting, and disruptive. My work depends on a stable connection. I can't have my net going down for HOURS at a time sometime all day every couple of weeks. This is ridiculous. Looks like att is getting a new customer.

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to to check it.
