Frequent outages
For the last four months, I have been experiencing very frequent Internet outages with my service. This doesn’t just happen multiple times per month, it sometimes happens multiple times per day. It has gotten so bad that I have even had to buy more data for my cellular plan to compensate for how often my Internet goes out. I also work from home so it is interfering with my ability to do my job. For the last four months, the reason for these outages has always been the same, “network damage“. I have a hard time believing they have ever actually fixed the problem And it seems like It is probably the same damage never getting fixed causing these constant outages. I am beyond frustrated and very close to switching providers. Has anybody experienced this and have had the outages stop or should I just bite the bullet and find a new provider at this point?

Hi user_ktrojy, thank you for coming or out community here on the Forum, and for sharing those details. I can only imagine what you've been going through, especially since you rely on your connection to earn a living. I'd love to work with you more and help find a resolution. Have you noticed that all of these interruptions have been a known service interruption identified in the Xfinity app? Or have you also experienced intermittency?
