Frequent Outages

Why have there been so many internet outages as of late? There’s been at least 3 in the past month that I’m aware of. It makes it incredibly frustrating as I work from home part of the time and apparently cannot rely on my internet to work when I need it to. I’ve had to rearrange Zoom calls last minute and change my schedule around these outages. I understand sometimes things go wrong or get broken, but this seems like a lot.

I have the same issue. There is a new outage almost every single day. This is unsustainable in this age where working from home is expected and logging in is not an option. What the heck is going on? These are all official outages.

I work from home too and this is getting ridiculous.  I have been without service all day today and it's still out. I'm about ready to go with someone else.

Hi, @user_e56d48. I rely on my network daily, so I know what a pain it can be when service is effected. Are you seeing interruptions being reported on the Xfinity App as well?

@user_2f6a1b Thank you for reaching out. I work from home myself so I can definitely understand the importance of that connection being there when you need it. We'd be happy to look into this. Since we'll need to check your account individually, we'll want to move this over to Direct Message.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
