Frequent Lag Spikes

I've been getting frequent (every 5-10 seconds) extreme lag spikes while gaming on my pc recently. My pc is wired directly into the router via ethernet cable. I've tried resetting the router a few times but it didn't help. This happened all of a sudden out of nowhere; my internet was working perfectly for the past few months before this started happening. Any ideas on what's causing this and how I can fix it?

EDIT: Images of some of my router info are linked in the reply below.

 

I have new ethernet and coaxial cables coming in the mail just to check if either of those are the issue but I don't have high hopes for that.

The images you posted aren't visible. They all look like this:

It's probably because the images require moderator approval. That might take some time, from a few hours to a day or so. Alternatively, you could upload the images to a file sharing site and post links to them here, or post text instead of images.

The signal pages look OK, except perhaps for the error counts around 627MHz. But the error log suggest that the modem is having trouble staying connected to Comcast.

 

All I can suggest is contacting Comcast at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or using one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. Insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.

If the tech finds bad coax, splitters, amplifiers, or connections in your home (even if Comcast originally supplied them) you'll probably have to pay for the visit unless you have their Service Protection Plan (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/service-protection-plan, closed to customers that don't already have it). If the trouble is due to a faulty Comcast rental device, or anything outside your home, you shouldn't be charged.
