Frequent Internet Interruptions

We had a tech out the other day who removed a few splitters and added an amplifier. He said the signal strength looked good but we still have frequent disconnects that last for short periods of time but make zoom calls nearly impossible.

I can't seem to get the system logs to come up but most of the Event Logs all look similar to the one below. Any help would be appreciated!

I went through the usual troubleshooting, reinitializing the modem, etc with tech support. I showed him the error log and according to him:

"The DHCP error will not occur anymore" I asked if they just troubleshot it or if they actually made a settings change and his response was "DHCP may fail to configure the client in proper way, It can't communicate with any server and you will loose the internet connection for a while and then it gets back on. That was reset from our end."

I guess only time will tell.

@kbayer22​ hi, I just replied to you on my post :) I hope they actually did fix it, but it sounds like they did, since it came from their end :) let me know if that stop the internet disconnects.

Those errors deal with the dhcp assignment from comcast to the modem/router from my understanding. They need to fix their configuration from their side.

I'm having these exact errors and internet drops completely and requires an power off/on cycle to correct. It happens roughly every 4-7 days. What do I need to do for this fix?
