Frequent Internet Hiccups

Since about mid-April, I’ve had frequent disconnections from my network. This disconnections don’t last very long but they kick me off the internet and I have to refresh website and log back on to any games being played at the time. I had a tech out and he replaced my splitter, but the problem persists. How can this be fixed?
