Frequent Internet Drops

I am having continual issues with dropping (roughly 4 to 10 times) per hour and have had no luck with getting anyone to fix it.  I have sat on the phone with techs nearly every day for a month and have had multiple tech visits.  Have replaced splitter, cable connectors, and cable.  Been told that the cable from the road to the house is defective and needs to be replaced.  But have to wait till 10/08 just to get anyone out here.  That means two more days of constant internet drops.  I have asked to talk to supervisors who don't have the power to do anything.  Pending a call from a technician supervisor but nothing yet.  Lost as what to do.  Very frustrated as I imagine a lot of people on this forum are, but looking for some help as to what to do to actually get this fixed or get someone higher up to actually pay attention to these ongoing reoccurring issues.

I am having the exact same issue and still have had no help.  I have called in 10 plus times, had several dispatches, and no fix.  Getting through to anyone is a joke, supervisor escalation does nothing as they have no power to do anything.  I have no idea what to do anymore.  Have to wait for days for the next tech to come out.  Tired of this service

Still no reply from Comcast.  Down again Multiple times today.  I was supposed to be contacted by a Technician Supervisor, but nothing.  Got an email stating I would be contacted by the office of Tom Karinshak. But that hasn't happened either.  Does anyone on Comcast read these posts or take them seriously?

Service has now dropped 30+ times today.  Just sat on the phone for 25 minutes with a rep asking to talk to a manager and got nothing but an added note to my ticket.  This is actually comical.  I have never worked with a company that operates like this.  Your reps have no ability along with supervisors to communicate with your outside workforce.  How do you get anything accomplished?  It's like the movie office space.

I am having the same issue multiple times a day for the last month? Contemplating switching providers as there are too many people relying on the internet for jobs and school!  Come on COMCAST!!

Same here, only reasson i switched to Comcast was because of the higher speeds offered. With att i had 50mbps and was always reliable. Every technician that comes is racing to leave.
