Frequent Internet Drops
I am having continual issues with dropping (roughly 4 to 10 times) per hour and have had no luck with getting anyone to fix it. I have sat on the phone with techs nearly every day for a month and have had multiple tech visits. Have replaced splitter, cable connectors, and cable. Been told that the cable from the road to the house is defective and needs to be replaced. But have to wait till 10/08 just to get anyone out here. That means two more days of constant internet drops. I have asked to talk to supervisors who don't have the power to do anything. Pending a call from a technician supervisor but nothing yet. Lost as what to do. Very frustrated as I imagine a lot of people on this forum are, but looking for some help as to what to do to actually get this fixed or get someone higher up to actually pay attention to these ongoing reoccurring issues.
