Frequent internet drops
I'm seeing my internet signal go out multiple times a day. I've tested everything that I can, rebooted modem replaced cable from the wall to the modem. Nothing seems to make any difference.I have a netgear CM500 cable modem that has perfmormed flawlessly.
The problems started 2 months ago or so and haven't shown any signs of getting better. I have pull the logs from the CM500 these are the errors i'm seeing:
6 consecutive T3 timeouts while trying to range on upstream channel 3;CM-MAC=14:59:c0:00:f1:b0;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:63:1c:65;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Unicast Maintenance Ranging attempted - No response - Retries exhausted;CM-MAC=14:59:c0:00:f1:b0;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:63:1c:65;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=14:59:c0:00:f1:b0;CMTS-MAC=00:01:5c:63:1c:65;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
