Frequent Internet Disconnects

Hello,

Ever since an infrastructure upgrade on the lines leading to my home about 6 weeks ago, I have frequent service disruptions on my internet service.  Several times a day our cable modem will simply lose connection for between 10 seconds and 5 minutes.  This is a terrible problem for my wife and I as we work from home and having our connectivity disrupted like this is a real liability.  Prior to the maintenance/upgrade, our connection was fairly stable and we'd only see a loss of service perhaps once every month or every other month.

Please let me know how to escalate this to the infrastructure department that did this maintenance so that they can review the issue.  I've already done the basic "reset your modem" type of troubleshooting naturally.  The automated chat agent was less than helpful for this particular issue.
