frequent drops and slow speeds (t3 and t4 errors)
I am getting a lot of drops main in the morning and evenings. I am also only getting +/-350mb of a gigabit plan. Comcast insitst that there is no problem on there end.
Inside the house the line comes into a single antronix cmc2002h-a1x2 splitter one to the modem and the other to an Infinty amplifier
Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried just the modem? See if the splitter is adding noise to the line?

I have a Netgear CM1000
I have tried just the modem it was marginally better. The speeds were the same I did not notice as many errors however I did not pull the logs at that time to see if I was getting them.
