Frequent disconnects
I have been having frequent disconnects from Xfinity, with at least 3 yesterday. Occasionally, it is as rare as once per month, but has been seeming to increase in frequency. I explained my connection issue to the tech in detail, evend detailing Downstream Power and SNR, along with abysmal upload signal power ratings. They wanted to know about my wifi setup, and whether or not I have updated the firmware for my router; I have a netgear CM1000, for which Comcast updates the firmware, and when I attempted to explain this to the technician they told me they cannot access my router. It was beyond frustrating. I allowed them to reset my connection out of pity. The numbers are largely unchanged. I want a technician to come to my house and evaluate the problem in person.
I have no splitters just a single female-female splice at the box, which runs directly to the wall outlet. The cable modem is the ONLY device connected to that connection. I have included screenshots from the Netgear Genie showing all appropriate data. Some connections are in the acceptable range, but many are marginal to poor. The number of uncorrectable codewords is rather high.

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.
Or copy all of the text of the status page and paste it into the body of your next post here.
