Frequent Disconnection

Joined Xfinity NOW internet and facing frequent disconnections. Reset adapter, reset network settings, Reset Gateway, checked connections, Restart gateway and many other things , still the problem persists. Can someone help please? I am inclined to think that Xfinity may have sent me the gateway which itself is defective as being refurbished but not sure.

The Xfinity Assistant within the Xfinity app or its web portal is a great tool for performing basic troubleshooting refresh signals from our end. It will also feed our system data about your modem and if it notices signals outside the appropriate spec will guide you to set up a service appointment with one of our awesome technicians.
