Formal Escalation – Recurring Xfinity Internet Outages in My Area

Hi Xfinity Support,

I'm contacting you to formally escalate the recurring internet outages in my area. This has happened multiple times, and I'm frustrated that I'm repeatedly losing a service I'm paying for.

The Xfinity app has confirmed another outage in my area today. I would like to understand why these outages keep happening and what steps are being taken to prevent them from recurring.

Please escalate this issue to the appropriate network maintenance team or supervisor and provide:

  1. A case or escalation reference number.
  2. The cause of the recurring outages and the expected restoration time.
  3. What is being done to prevent future interruptions.
  4. A review of my account for appropriate bill credits for the service disruptions.

I appreciate your help, but I need a clear explanation and a lasting resolution rather than repeated temporary fixes.

Thank you.

@yogib60 Hello, and thank you for reaching out. I can understand how frustrating it is to deal with repeated service interruptions.

We'd love to take a closer look and see how we can help. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address as USPS has it in their system, and we'll review the situation, check for any available updates, and discuss any applicable account credits.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
