Firmware update

I understand there was a firmware update recently, and it is affecting Netgear CAX30 routers.  Do you have a fix for this?

The fix is to do a hard reboot of your router. Reset to factory settings and reconfigure. I messed with this for 2 days. Had a technician out to my house, everything checked fine. Customer service finally told me my router was old and not compatible anymore. Bought it about 6 months ago. So anywho found a thread online. Works great now.

@user_2cccbf Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Forums. Have you had a chance to reboot your Netgear equipment in the last 48 hours? Do this tends to fix issues like that and complete the firmware update.

To reset the device to factory defaults, press and hold in the recessed reset button on the rear for 25-30 seconds. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch if you do so.

Good luck !
