Firmware update for a couple of XE1-S devices

I was wondering if I could get some help with firmware upgrades for my xe1-s units. I got them used, and they have been plugged in for 3 days now. I have attached screen shots showing information regarding these devices. I got them used, and they have been plugged in for 3 days now. I see on the FAQ page (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-pods-faqs) that the latest firmware version is 3.4.1.9+. How can I get these devices upgraded to the latest firmware? Especially the one on 2.4.3... It seems that this one won't connect via ethernet cable and that is the way I would like to use it.
