I canceled my T-Mobile internet for poor service and switched to Xfinity on Thursday. Today is Monday and there's an outage for a whole day. When you try to call Xfinity customer service, they tell you there is an outage and that there is no way for an agent to speak to you and they hang up on you. I didn't want an update on the outage. I wanted to file a formal complaint about the service. I have only been with Xfinity for 4 days and I'm already experiencing an outage. This is unacceptable but what is worse is the fact that they won't even let you speak to someone. What if I was calling about something other than the outage, well no way to speak to anyone. They just hang up on you and tell you that they can't help you until the outage is over. Really. Does ithe outage affect their customer service representatives? Are they out of service too? This is Way beyond. I may have to dump Xfinity and try AT&t or somebody else.
