Fifth Xfinity outage in four days — need escalation

This is now the fifth confirmed Xfinity area outage affecting my service in four days. I work from home and these repeated outages are significantly interfering with my ability to work. These are confirmed area outages, not an issue with my modem/router.

I tried calling 1-800-XFINITY, but because there is currently an outage, the automated system will not allow me to speak with a representative.

I need someone to review why my area is experiencing repeated outages, determine whether there is an ongoing network/infrastructure issue, and escalate this appropriately. I would also like my account reviewed for outage credits.

user_twjokk Hello, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums. I'm sorry you've been dealing with these repeated service interruptions, especially while working from home. I'd be happy to take a closer look at the account, review what's been happening in your area, and check on any applicable service credits. Please send me a direct message with your full name and service address, and I'll be glad to help.
