FDX and XB10 still receiving 100Mbps upload

I have had Full Duplex at my address for a little over a week, and I also have the XB10 Gateway. I got an email last week stating able to get symmetrical speeds if I upgraded my gateway. So I did that, and I am still getting 1000Mbps/100Mbps. I have called so many times, and the overseas reps don't even know what I am talking about. Please.
