Fast download slow upload
Wifi - 400mbps download/15mbps upload
Wired - 900mbps download/2mbps upload
Wired connection is directly to the xfinity gateway.
I've restarted, changed cables, went from wifi to ethernet on my pc and these numbers remain consistent.

I fixed this by disabling Prioritization Engine and Auto Bandwidth via my Killer Dashboard for my network adapter.
