False Advertising!
Why log into your Xfinity account, click upgrade your internet speed, they show you your current plan and show options all the way up to 2 gig speed and its on special, $65/month for 5 years. I click it, it goes all the way through but stops at check out with an error. Call the non-speaking reps and all you hear is....New Customers Only. There is NO special notes, no indication of anything showing its for new customers only. If so that would be fine but to post it and show it as an upgrade you can have, at that price and then deny it to you is false advertising.
