Extremely unreliable service since 4 weeks and horrible support
I've been having spotty service for almost 4 weeks now and have shared data with support online (twitter @ComcastCares as well as multiple calls with support folks on the phone waiting for 1.5 hours to get my call thru) and still no resolution. They keep on going back and forth and have scheduled outside home technician (it seems they are saying signal loss/noise issues) but no technician has showed up.
I am waiting for few more days but at the verge of canceling my service with Xfinity (have been a customer for more than 8 years). Only excuse they have is Covid19 and try to give the sugar coated pill (placebo). fix the issue guys instead of coming up with new excuses. I am paying $75 or so per month and have to live with few hours of no or very low 0-2Mbps of connectivity.
I'm not sure if this issue is really due to noise or someone sharing the last mile eating up all the allocated bandwidth and starving my connectivity... or just underprovisioned network.
