extremely slow upload

I CANNOT work this way.  Ever since they have been in our neighborhood for the fiber install, my upload speeds have been throttled.  I repeatedly talk to tech support and get passed around without any answers.  I have all new equipment including cords, tech at house, etc,  My upload speed will not go above TWO.  The "special tech line" number they gave me "is not available in our area"  Please advise

@Kkmer Thank you for making us aware that you're having upload internet issues via Forums. I also work from home, so I know how important it is to always have a reliable connection and fast internet speeds. Have you by any chance tried resetting your modem by using the Xfinity app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?
