Extremely Slow Internet

For the past month I've had extremely slow internet that is only about 1% of the speed that I pay for. I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting on my own to determine that it is the connection that comes from the ISP that is slow and is not being bottlenecked by the modem or router. I've checked the outage map multiple times to see if there were any major outages or servicing that were happening but it looked completely fine. I've also tried multiple times to use the AI support bot but it doesn't seem to understand my problem and repeats the same responses. Any info is appreciated, since I'm stumped and the only solution I can think of now is switching ISPs.
