Extremely slow internet speeds
Since at least last Thursday, I've had incredibly slow internet speeds, around 3-7 mbps in the 20009 zip code. I have Comcast's Performance Internet which is supposed to reach up to 100 mbps. I've done all the trouble shooting but it seems that this is a systemic issue and Comcast offers no way to talk to a live agent about this. How can we get more attention to this issue?
