Extremely Slow Internet Speeds on Gigabit Plan – Need Support

I am paying for Xfinity's Gigabit Plan, which advertises download speeds up to 1,100 Mbps, but my recent speed test showed only 34.8 Mbps.

Everything in my home is running extremely slowly, and I am very dissatisfied with the service I am receiving.

I would like an Xfinity representative to investigate this issue, help resolve the slow speeds, and discuss a billing credit for the poor service.
