Extremely low and unstable upload speeds, down to 2mbps according to Xfinity App/Ookla
I had this problem last year as well, and it was fixed until now. At the time, the tech redid our inside wires, took out redundant splitters/etc. At that point, our upload stayed nicely in the 30-40 range, and wasn't unstable.
However, in the last few days we've had very low and unstable upload speeds- as low as 2mbps, but occasionally spiking back to 40~ish before dipping again.
As part of my livelihood, I stream on Twitch. In order to do this, I require at least a stable connection- 35mbps should be more than enough, but in the past few days it cannot even be stably above 6mbps.
Is there any way I could send a direct message to the team? Last time I had this issue, I was able to speak to someone within messages, which eventually led to the tech who fixed our issues showing up.
