Extremely high Latency/Ping and Packet Loss. Unable to play games
I have been unable to play online games for over a week now because my ping is all over the place. It was totally fine Wednesday 7/26/2023 but since then I’ve been having issues. I’m hardwired into the router. I’ve tried restarting modem and router. I’ve tried going through all the settings on my computer and game. I’ve tried different connection cables(coax and ethernet). It tends to be a little bit better when I’m using WiFi which doesn’t make much sense. I don’t know what else to do. Friends of mine who live in my neighborhood aren’t having any issues playing the same games. Also, my modem is brand new. I just went and bought it about a month ago when I was having more issues with my internet. I hope I can get some help. Thanks.
