Extremely bad intermittent ping/latency | Internet Unusable
Making an extremely long story short, I moved to a new home a month ago basically 10 minutes away from my old one, and Xfinity refuses to acknowledge latency problems at this new address assuring me everything is fine.
Since then, I have had three separate Comcast technicians come out to my new house and they all assure me everything should be working fine. Even called the higher ups I could within the company and again, they assure me that if something was wrong with the connection they would know. Again, my speeds are not the issue (which is all they seem to care about when I call), it's the unstable ping.
I've had all the cables/outlets replaced, changed to a new CAT-6 ethernet cord, replaced the entire modem, double checked all my computer/LAN settings and ran every test imaginable. I have absolutely zero idea as to what the [Edited: Language] is going on and why I can't fix it. I could see if maybe it was my computer or something, but this wasn't an issue at my last apartment and my motherboard tested negative for any issues.
For further context, my exact issue has nothing to do with speeds, but rather, I'm getting an unstable PING making gaming basically impossible. Sometimes it will be at a stable 40-60ping which is reasonable, then BOOOM...shoot up to 150, 250 or even 500ms ping randomly every few seconds; the time of the day makes no difference and it's unstable all day long.
What's even more strange, is that doing a ping test through CMD provides inconsistent results from what I experience in games.

Here is another ping test graph displaying the massive spikes out of nowhere.

Every single test shows that Comcast is to blame.
I'm at a complete loss of what to do.
Can anyone here who's more tech savvy think of something I may be missing here?

Seriously, no one can help with this or has never had a similar issue?
