Extreme Pro Internet Speed Slowing

Recently internet speed is slowing down.  There seems to be no way to contact comcast unless you use AI chat which does not allow for general questions or the customer service 1-800 number which put in contact with a rep in Egypt. There are a lot more internet customers in the Charles Town Harpers Ferry area with the new housing developments.  What is comcast doing to keep up with the demand?  Are they upgrading their equipment?  Glo Fiber is starting to be available in Charles Town.  What is comcast doing to be able to compete?

Comcast has had no competition for a long time and their prices are high.  I want to speak with a comcast staff who is in the area and knows what is going on.

user_xpypuo are you able to share more details about the service issue so we can help? What speed are you seeing and are you seeing it using an Ethernet cable or a wireless connection?
