Extending service to garage

I am looking to extend the internet service to the garage as the Wifi does not reach well, spotty at best . It is close to 100 feet from the house on a downward slope and what can best be described as big thick cement planters the width of the yard except for the walking path.  So I am not sure under ground conduit would work.  Please advise.
