Extender pro No activation

Hi, I started my service on the beginning of June. I received the storm ready extender and I’m paying for it. Never managed to active it. Spent at least 10h with tech support. Two tech came to my home, managed to swap it. still does not work. Tried everything including reactivate everything, no one can get it it work. Last tech told me i needed to switch to “Xfinity Pro” from “Xfinity Complete” so i did so, and for which i was charged extra. But still the Extender refuses to get activated. I feel like this whole thing is joke. At the store they refused to cancel it, So now I’m stuck paying for it without it working. The most frustrating is each time on the phone or the tech you get a different explanation and theory and then they pass the puck to a different person. Two months now almost ….
