XfinityThomasA directed me to use DM for this case.
During the last week in July a new cable was laid across my yard. I have called at least 8 times between September 1st and now to request that it be buried. Each time I call, the rep makes a new ticket and tells me it will be done in 14 days. Last ticket I made a note of is ECM0024873875. That was on October 15th. Cable still laying across driveway and yard. This house is in a ski resort neighborhood and in a week or so they are going to begin sending the trucks around to vacuum up the leaves. I am sure Xfinity does not want there cable to be vacuumed up and to be responsible for any damage to their trucks. Address for this property is 243 Spring Lane in McGaheysville, Va. It does not seem my landlord and myself need to continue to contact Xfinity over a 10 week period to get this  cable buried.
