Experiencing frequent outages. xfinity assistant just keeps looping on restarting the modem.

I have been experiencing frequent outages / disconnects for about two weeks now. Internet might be fine for a couple of hours anywhere down to 10 minutes. Rebooting the modem sometimes helps. 

I was using a CODA 56 before. I switched to an MB8600 that was rock solid before I replaced it but this is having the same issue. 

I am trying to work with the xfinity assistant but it just keeps looping me through restarting the modem. I can't get any further to talk to someone. 

Any help in getting in contact with someone directly would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

It’s clear you’ve already taken several proactive steps to get this resolved, and I am grateful for all your efforts so far. I know troubleshooting can be stressful, and we thank you for all you've done already. Which modem is currently in use now? The CODA or the MB8600? Have you had a chance to inspect your power levels or event logs for any known issues?
