Experiencing daily internet slowdowns at 3:30 PM through 5:00 PM in Chicago

I'm noticing consistent, daily internet slowdowns that start on weekdays at 3:30.  I'm paying for gig, and am usually in a meeting at this time, and am not able to complete my meetings during the period of 3:30-5:00PM because of this.  When I run a test on the Xfinity app, it of course says I'm getting 110% or something like that, which is untrue.  Is anyone else experiencing this, what is going on, and is there a plan to fix it?  Thanks.
