Existing Customer: Upgrading to 500 Mbps Tier / Cart Glitch Dropping Mid-Split Upload Speed
Hello,
I am an existing customer on a fully upgraded Next-Gen mid-split node. I am currently on the 300/100 Mbps tier, and my physical line successfully pulls 100 Mbps upload speeds every day. My hardware setup consists of a customer-owned, Next-Gen certified Ubiquiti UCI cable modem paired with a Firewalla Gold Pro firewall. I want to upgrade to the online-advertised 500 Mbps plan to lock in the 5-Year Price Guarantee promotion. However, when I look at the online cart, the system glitches and displays a 35 Mbps upload speed template instead of the Next-Gen 100 Mbps upload speed that my address and hardware actively support.

I am creating this post to request assistance from an official representative to manually transition my account to the 500/100 Mbps tier with the 5-Year Price Guarantee promotion. I want to make sure the correct "Enhanced Speed" billing codes are manually attached to my account profile so my Ubiquiti UCI boot file is not accidentally downgraded to a legacy 35 Mbps profile.
Thank you!
