Existing Customer - 1 Gig Promotional Pricing

Hi, I’m an existing Xfinity Internet customer and I’m currently looking at 1 Gig service.

I’ve seen the current promotion advertising 1 Gig Internet for around $70/month with a 5-year price guarantee for new customers. I’d really prefer to stay with Xfinity, so I was wondering if there are any existing-customer promotions or account-specific offers available that could get me close to that rate.

I’d appreciate it if someone from Xfinity Support could take a look at my account and let me know what options are available.
