Hi,
I know there are several similar reports/questions like this, but thought it is worth it to send in my own stats.
Here's the background: in the last four months, I've called in to customer support several times. Each time I get someone in remote support overseas who says to reboot my modem, and then asks me if it solved my problem. Of course it would solve the problem, it just restarted the whole handshaking routine again from my modem to the headend.
At my insistence, I asked for a technician to come out. There have been three technicians to come out and do the similar things.
Two in the last week.
Two contractors, and finally one Comcast Xfinity employee. Tested my modem, cleaned the terminals, tested the internal line, tested the connector box, put in a temp cable from tap extender to house connector box, tested from the tap with my modem, did all their tests with their tools at each point. The last two techs, submitted reports for followup by the maintenance team (for the infrastructure) as they cleared my connection, cable, modem, etc. They thought the whole tap box or maybe a part of it might need to be replaced. But the error was at Xfinity, not with anything in my home. The employee tech followed up with his manager, who himself came out to my house, and asked me all the usual questions and did his own inspection.
He said he would follow up.
So far, nothing has changed. Sometimes I can watch a whole streamed movie with just one or two interruprtions. Sometimes interruprtions are five minutes apart. Sometimes I reboot the modem, other times I go read a book.
Anyway, enough of my story.
Here is the connection table. I will get the event log and clean out the MACs in a while. Note that OFDM errors are very high, excessively so.

This is the event log from this morning. No one was doing anything significant, other than me submitting this question to you guys.

Do you have any suggestions where to look, what to look at? Anything that can help me solve this problem?

Update morning of May 26. After three days of no interruptions and only Notices, no Critical events in the log, I assume that whatever issues there were, have been addressed at the CMTS. All is good, and i hope this lasts.
I think i have a screen cap of the log from a few days ago showing the interruptions. But as it has the MAC id, can't show it here.
