Everything is broken this week
What is going on this week?

The data meter is double.

Now there is some nationwide "outage" reported, even though most people have service

Did you make some back-end changes that caused various services to stop talking to each other? Are you hacked? Are you in an active cyberattack?

You’re not alone in this my internet says I was at 1800gbs this month. I hope they fix this soon.

Same for me. My jitter is 1000+ ms and I literally haven't been able to stream anything all week - it constantly buffers and has issues. Not sure what Comcast did, but for 100+ dollars a month, this is kind of something akin to robbery. Quite frankly, for what we're paying, this is entirely and completely unacceptable.

The bill statement viewing bug seems to be fixed. And that weird nationwide outage appears to be over. My modem logs appear to show a roughly 20 minute outage (I was not at home then.) The data meter bug is still there.
