Every morning, gateway glows red

Every morning, my Gateway goes down. If I unplug it, and replug it back in, everything connects and the internet is reestablished. However, this is happening every day now. This is very annoying. I'm at the point of canceling my account because I cannot work my way through the chatbots to even talk with a live individual. Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it? Thanks for any help.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry to hear of your internet issue. What troubleshooting have you completed outside rebooting? Have you used the Xfinity App?
