Every 10 min, packet loss and/or high latency

Hi. For the last 30-45 days our home has been seeing extremely high latency and/or packet loss every 10 minutes.

We're a gaming family and it's made a massive impact as games are unplayable for approximately 30-40 seconds and with the games we play that's a problem. :D

We've been running PingPlotter to confirm it isn't specific to any one machine. I'm attaching a a couple screenshots but the behavior is always the same as is the route.

Not sure there's much we can do other than find a new provider but figured I'd throw it in here to see if anyone has any thoughts.

FYI, we're connected via wifi and wired directly to the XFinity router.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.
