Great download speeds but no upload (<1).  WiFi works fine.  I want the extra speed ethernet should deliver. What to do?

DavidCT Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? I'd always recommend starting with the Xfinity app to run automated diagnostics, which help see if there is a signal issue or other common errors that our system can correct.
