ethernet working but not wifi

I have a Netgear CG3000dv2. I have one problem I'm aware of, so I'll be getting a new router, but I need to know if my WiFi issue is related or not. 


I just did self setup of our internet and ethernet is wokring just fine, but I cannot seem to find our WiFi name around. In fact, I don't even know what our WiFi name would be. I tried checking in the app and on the site, but it says it cannot tell me because I'm either on something not supported or personal. 


The device is supported, but I realized it's capabilities are JUST short of the speed we paid for. Does that mean it simply doesn't do WiFi? It would make sense, but I don't see how it would still work with ethernet, then.

The Xfi app doesn't work with customer owned devices. Only with Comcast supplied devices. Look in the owner's manual or on the label to see what the default SSID / network broadcast name is supposed to be for that device.
