ethernet ports stopped working

After troubleshooting with support yesterday we were able to get wifi working after 3 or 4 restarts but the ethernet ports haven't worked since before the restarts

@user_7f0924 - Thank you for your feedback! Glad to learn you're up and running again. We can help with your troubleshooting your ethernet ports Which Xfinity Gateway are you using?  Have you tried toggling the Bridge Mode feature on your wireless gateway? Note: Any ethernet port can be used, but only one device can be connected to the gateway while in Bridge Mode. 

You'll also want to be sure the cable is plugged in all the way, including checking to see if a port is loose and needs to tighten a bit. Replacing the ethernet cable could help too.
