Ethernet Ports stopped working

After more than a year of flawless working, yesterday my Ethernet ports on my xb6 seemed to have stopped working.

Tried an unplug reset and an app reset/restart.

The Wi-Fi continues to work, but the Ethernet just says no internet.

the lights are flashing green but no thru traffic.

Tried plugging into my laptop and rebooting router. This worked for a bit via Ethernet, but then Wi-Fi stopped working all together.

pulled Ethernet cord back out and rebooted. Eventually Wi-Fi came back and Ethernet no longer functioning.

so frustrating.
