Hello and welcome to Comcast. I am sorry to hear that your ethernet ports are not active. You are in the right place and I am happy to assist you today. Now did you put your Xfinity gateway on Bridgemode? Are you using your own router?
The Bridgemode is in a "disable" state. I have connected Ethernet Port 1 with a CAT6 gigabit cable with an 8-port Netgear gigabit switch, where I have linked to two NAS devices and an Epson projector with an ethernet port. These devices do not have wifi.
