Ethernet Connections
I have an XB7-T modem. I intend to use both a WIFI and an Ethernet connection to. The number 4 jack has a red line beside it. What does that indicate? Which number jack should I use? I will only have one user on a LAN connection.

On Comcast/Xfinity modem-router-wifi gateway devices the Ethernet jack with a red or orange mark next to it is the one rated at 2.5 Gbps. The other 3 are only 1 Gbps (still fairly common). Basically you match the jacks with devices which can make the best use of their speed rating.
