Ethernet cable not working?

Ethernet port has been working on my router fine for a year or two, all of a sudden there is no connection, bought a new cable and the problem continued. Green light is still going, very confused tbh. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I appreciate you taking the time to troubleshoot on your end by swapping out your cable. That is certainly a good first step. There is also a chance the port has failed. I saw you've had this device for some time, so you could also benefit from an equipment swap. Based on your speeds, we could get you another model. We can do this here, or you can visit the local store. If we ship another, it can take up to 3 -5 days via UPS.
