Essential Program limited

My internet speed should have been 25mbps or less to 24 mbps but I have 16-17 mbps . I call xfinity to ask why , they said due to Covid 19 the speed increase to 25mbps but in basic my plan is 15mbps . And I ask why my speed was unstable they said my plan is that . So that is true ? Please explain to me somebody . Thank you

So you are saying that your account still reflects it as 15 Mbps from what you see?

 

Call again and have them reprovision your modem. Also reboot the router.

Yes I did reboot my modemn many times and call them to have the other modemn but they said my program is that . That'is it
